residents time to travel home from restaurants or business establishments.

“They will be given one hour travel window to return to their residences.”

To avail of the travel window, residents must present a BIR generated official receipt from the restaurant stating the time and date that they left the establishment.

The travel window, though does not anymore apply after 11 p.m.

Minors are not allowed to leave their homes unless for medical emergencies.

Those exempted from the curfew are employees working in businesses within curfew hours, health workers, authorized government officials, individuals traveling for medical or humanitarian reasons, persons transiting to airport for travel abroad, persons providing basic services and public utilities, persons delivering food and medicines, and essential workforce of the city government.

On August 31, Pres. Duterte extended the general community quarantine status in the National Capital Region for a month.
