CEBU CITY–A soldier was arrested after he allegedly assaulted a policeman who tried to arrest him following a commotion in Barangay Tinago here on Sunday night.

Private First Class Dan Bornea, a 29-year-old native of Badian, Cebu, was reportedly drunk when he attacked Patrolman Ronald Paghacian, said Police Capt. Edgar Labe, chief of the Police Station 3.
