CARMONA, Cavite – The local government unit (LGU) officially inaugurated the Land Transportation Office (LTO) – Carmona District Office at Macaria Business Center in Barangay Mabuhay on Wednesday (Feb. 17).

The ceremony was led by Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Arthur P. Tugade, LTO Asec. Edgar C. Galvante, LTO IV-A Regional Director Noreen Bernadette San Luis-Lutey, Rep. Dahlia A. Loyola of the 5th District of Cavite, Mayor Roy M. Loyola, and Vice Mayor Cesar Ines Jr.

During his message, Tugade urged the employees of the newly-opened district office to make a covenant to avoid corruption, aim for shorter processes, and provide real service to the people.

According to Loyola, the district office will offer convenience to locals who used to go to neighboring cities like Biñan, Imus, or Tagaytay for LTO transactions.
