Residents of Valenzuela City will start receiving the cash aid from the national government, which is given following the reimposition of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (GCQ) in the National Capital Region (NCR) and nearby provinces. 

The local government said it started distributing “paanyaya” or letter of invitation to residents through door-to-door process, in which the date, time and location for their cash aid payout are indicated. 

The first batch of beneficiaries includes residents of barangays Balangkas, Bisig, Canumay East, Gen T. De Leon, Paso De Blas, Poblacion and Polo. 

The local government said it will also post the schedule of the payout per batch on their social media accounts every day.

The list of the qualified beneficiaries will be based on the Social Amelioration Program (SAP) under the Bayanihan to Heal as One Acts 1 and 2 as well as those who are waitlisted.

According to the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), the city was allotted with P530,716,000 fund from the national government.
